Optimal Evaluation of Cardiac Symptoms And Revascularization.

The goal of this study is to determine the first best approach for patients who present with the need for cardiac diagnostic testing. Evaluation of possible CAD can be performed by various non-invasive tests before invasive coronary is required. The study will compare various “standard of care” approaches which include: Coronary CTA with advanced coronary blood flow determination [FFR-CT], nuclear exercise testing or no testing [if indicated], using previous proven approaches such as the PROMISE Risk Tool. The only investigation is the very first test. After the first test, patients receive regular care as guided by their physician.
